Requesting you Miswift ride is easy, here’s how it works:
- Just open the app select or type in your pick up location and then tell us where you’re going.
- The app uses your location, or inputted address so your driver knows where to pick you up.
- If you have a favourite driver then we can make sure he picks you up whenever he is on shift.
- You’ll see your driver’s name, vehicle details, and can track their arrival on the map.
- Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or cash (Preferred payment is by card).
- After the ride, you can rate your driver and
provide feedback to help us improve your experience. You’ll also get a receipt by email.
- All MiSwift drivers are 100% compliant with all New Zealand Laws and Regulations so you know you are in safe hands.
